How many secrets are in Stillskin Forest?
There are nine secrets, each announced with a SECRET FOUND banner: The Morgue Under St. Agnes, The Walk-in, Tommy's Attic, Paul's Hidden Study, Under the Park, Reyes' Last Stand, Danny's Hideout, The Lookout Camp, and Every Call Answered.

Easter eggs
- The payphone at Main and Elm rings at night with five different calls.
- The vending machine in the hospital lobby can be shaken. Loud, and it may drop one snack per run.
- The mannequin in the general store moves when nobody is looking.
- The attic dolls turn to face you when you look away.
- The rocking chair rocks when you come near.
