How do you get into the morgue in Stillskin Forest?
Go behind St. Agnes Hospital and take the cellar doors down. The morgue has a drawer wall, autopsy tables and a stash. It is one of the game's dread zones, so the longer you stay the worse it gets, and one drawer is a hiding spot.
Inside
Finding it counts as a secret: "The Morgue Under St. Agnes". It has its own location audio and plays the underground music track. One of the drawers can be hidden in.
