What does the Hammer do in Stillskin Forest?
The Hammer is a heavy melee weapon (32 damage, 1.0 s between swings, 48 knockback) and the building tool. A quick click swings; holding the click and dragging across a surface nails a plank, costing one point of the hammer's 160 durability.

Overview
Slow, but it staggers what it hits and sends it flying: the Hammer has the strongest knockback of any weapon. It is also the only way to build. See Doors and building.
Where to find it
Hammers turn up in house, store and trail loot, most often in the store. In the current build the lobby Outfitter also offers one as a one-match supply for 60 Embers.
